Our ‘WM' rims for Classic Bikes are not the cheapest on the market, but we (and many wheel builders) believe they are the best available. They are made in a completely different way to all other rims and are easier to true because the joins are virtually undetectable.
Ours are currently the ONLY WM type rims available, which are the same shape as the original Dunlop or Jones rims. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not bring in cheap rims from abroad, finish them off in the UK and then stamp them ‘Made in England '! Ours really are made in England . Many finished rims and spoke sets are IN STOCK for immediate delivery. Others are made to order and are usually delivered in 10 – 14 days
Chrome plating is carried out in one of the most up to date chroming plants in the UK , ensuring consistent high quality. We have not cut corners on the polishing and chroming and this is one of the main reasons why our rims are a bit more expensive than our competitors. All our rims are dimpled and pierced the same as the originals and will therefore fit your hubs correctly. Also, our spoke sets are made with the correct bends and not just a ‘Standard' 90 degrees.
In addition to supplying rims and spokes, we also offer a full wheel building service and if required, we can recondition your hubs (Bead blasting, polishing or painting). Rim centres can be painted and lined and we can return your wheels complete with new tyres and tubes fitted.
