Build your perfect motocross wheel set with our custom wheel builder. We are lucky to be able to offer a completely custom service where you can configure your wheels to suit your budget and preference.
We have chosen our parts carefully for our range of motocross wheels. We use British made motocross hubs also made in the south west, paired with British stainless steel spokes made from raw wire right here in our Devon Workshop. Currently we are only offering our offroad wheels with Excel Takasago wheel rims for strength and reliability, other brands are available on request.

Devon Rim Company Spokes + Ali Nipples
For our MX wheel sets we use Aluminium nipples in a choice of colours, we do not use Nickel plated steel nipples like some do to keep costs down.
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we offer wheel sets in the rim, hub and nipple combo you choose, the colours between brands may vary slightly. We are not responsible for colour variation and refunds are not offered on custom wheel set services.
Lead times on built wheels:
Lead times on built wheels can vary, we offer a wide range of hubs and rims in a wide range of colours and lots of configurations will be made to order so please allow 1-6 weeks on builds, for a more accurate lead time please contact us before ordering.
Spokes:
Designed with the ideal balance of strength and flexibility, our spokes can absorb the harsh loads of motocross and enduro riding without becoming brittle, helping to improve long-term wheel reliability. Currently our black spokes are only available in a higher tensile strength rating. Standard wheel builds will be built with aluminium nipples and coloured nipples are also available.
