Here at Devon Rim Company we produce high quality, Harley Davidson MT Edge Drop Centre & Dunlop Style Rolled Edge Wheel Rims & Spokes, Our Rims are Hand Crafted from both Premium Stainless Steels and Polished to either a Rolltru True Mirror Finish or a Valtru standard polish if you’re on a budget. Offering durability, corrosion resistance and a classic look. We also offer many sizes in Mild Steel, Standard Polished then British Chrome Triple Plated to Service Condition 4 & Raw Steel Rims for Powder Coating.
OEM ref numbers given are by no means exhaustive, we understand some manuals list differing numbers depending on Year & Model but be assured, provided you have selected the correct Hub and Rim diameter, these items will suit your application.
All our Wheel Rims & Spokes are 100% MADE IN ENGLAND not imported, modified and then passed off as such. Rims are Manufactured to a “Tru” Dunlop profile as used back in the day. We & many 1000s of customers simply say they are “The Best Wheel Rims Money Can Buy” All our Spokes are made from premium grade 304 Stainless Steel at 950 – 1050 N/mm2 to OEM specifications and bends. We only use U.K. sourced wires NOT Far East imports.
Devon Rolltru Premium Mirror Stainless
Manufactured from 2.5mm for Harley Style, 2.0mm (WM2 & WM3) & 1.5mm (WM1) 304 2b Superior Grade Stainless Steel, Individually Hand Welded prior to Roll Forming so making the weld virtually undetectable, Then we polish them to a “Tru” Mirror finish that looks as good as Chrome but without the fear of rust. Most people can’t tell the difference. Pierced to OEM specifications, these Rims really are as good as it gets! Devon Valtru Standard Stainless Steel
Manufactured to the same specifications as our Premium Stainless Rims but at a fraction of the cost to you. How do we do this, the answer is simple. POLISHING, it takes time , a lot of it. So these Rims are finished to a functional level that saves you ££££s. Still pierced to OEM specifications. Generally held in stock with a short lead time of 3-4 weeks if out of stock at time of order. Stamped Made In England
Devon Standard British Chrome
Still 100% Made In England as with All our Wheel Rims. These Rims are manufactured on the same machinery by the same craftsman right here in Devon then unlike most of our competition we will NEVER pierce through Pre-Chromed Imported Rims, all our Piercing is done BEFORE plating and to OEM specification. Plated to Service Condition BSI ISO 9001:2015 and stamped Made In England.
Powder Coated Rims
Again, manufactured by the same craftsmen right here in Devon then unlike most of our competition, pierced to OEM specifications Powder Coated in either Satin or Gloss Black, your choice. Generally 4-6 weeks lead time. Stamped Made In England.
